Have been living in an LRP apt. For 8 years. Mostly without issue. But recently their maintenance and administrators have taken a nose dive in quality and apparently intelligence. Billing disputes are not privy to late fees according to oregon state law, which you should know if you run a rental company. Especially when our rent was payed on time via direct deposits for 8 years straight. Your administrator, Flo "cut us some slack" and retracted it. Only after being threatened with small claims court. Our washer dryer is a barely functional and like 20 years old and yall had some guy working on it for 3 days, Wasting our time when it would probably cost you less to have it replaced. Yall can do better. All we're asking for is accountability, it's okay to make billing mistakes. It's not okay to gaslight us and blame us for them.
