I had the pleasure of living in one of the most unique apartments I've ever seen listed by Capital. It was so insanely special to me, I'm very sad to part ways. Throughout my time renting, I was very pleased with many of the folks who put a lot of time and effort into ensuring tenants were happy and requests were taken care of in a timely manner. One of the standout individuals was Delaney, who obviously cared a lot about treating tenants fairly and being honest, up front, and kind. Sometimes it can be difficult to find people who genuinely care about their renters. It was obvious to me that Delaney always remained invested in us. I've lived at Galewood Commons, managed by Capital Property, and while there are some things that would be great to have updated, I've been happy with my apartment and with service provided whenever I need maintenance help. As an example, late last week I messaged about a couple things I needed fixed, and within a couple of days, they were fixed. Cameron came by early Monday morning, provided a heads up text, and was super friendly, fast, and helpful. I know that if I ever have an issue, it will quickly get resolved.
Maintenance staff are friendly and fast. Chris replaced our garbage disposal and was done in no time at all. It’s always nice when you don’t have to wait ages to get credit parts of your home repaired or replaced. Thanks Chris!
