We enjoyed our time at 30 Dalton. The concierge, especially Nick and Dom, were amazing. We also heavily used the fitness center and loved working out with views of Boston. Every year, they would propose to increase our rent 8-10%. Generally, we could negotiate with them, but ended up moving out after 3 years when they attempted to raise our rent 8% in 2026 (inflation is at 3.6%). This would have been about a 15% increase from the original price and it simply was not worth it to us anymore.
I moved to 30 Dalton a few weeks ago, and I have been extremely happy to have the best service from all of the staff here, especially from Vianna at the front desk, and Michael who runs the maintenance team. Every request has been met with a smile, utmost courtesy, and immediate responses that have solved every small dificulty. It's a pleasure to have such dependable, friendly, and oh so competent staff, everywhere.
Jimmy did an amazing job helping us out with some clogged drains! Perfectly respectful of our space and even tried his best to clean up, he’s been a great and helpful member of the 30 Dalton team for years. The maintenance team here is the best!
Amazing team! Great Amenities! Great place to live in Boston. Great team at the concierge Didi, Dominik were very helpful with our move in process as well as all of our daily requests and package deliveries. The maintenance staff was super kind helpful and went above and beyond. Jimmy helped fix the appliance and electric outlets in our apartment
