“Compass Furnished Apartments consistently provides exceptional experiences with clean, comfortable, and well-maintained units in prime locations. Their professional team ensures a seamless process, making guests feel at home, with only minor suggestions for amenities.”
We had a great experience staying at Compass Furnished Apartments during our trip to Boston. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and in an amazing location in the North End. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze, and the team was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home for our family. We would absolutely stay with Compass again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is our second time leasing through Compass, and once again, the experience has been exceptional. From the quality of the apartments to the professionalism of the team, every aspect of the process was handled smoothly and efficiently. The leasing process was straightforward, well organized, and stress free. The apartments have been in excellent condition, and any questions or requests have always been addressed promptly and professionally. We have been particularly impressed by the level of customer service and the overall logistics and coordination throughout the leasing experience. It is clear that Compass values both efficiency and customer satisfaction. A special thank you to Adam Vicenzo, whose guidance, responsiveness, and expertise were truly outstanding. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and we felt well supported every step of the way. We are extremely pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to work with Compass again in the future. Whenever we need a short term lease in the Boston area, Compass will be our first choice. Highly recommended.

★4.9(177)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose 30 DaltonView
“Residents consistently praise 30 Dalton for its exceptional staff, including concierge, maintenance, and leasing teams, along with its beautiful amenities, units, and prime Boston location. While the building offers a wonderful living experience, some residents have expressed concerns over significant annual rent increases.”
We enjoyed our time at 30 Dalton. The concierge, especially Nick and Dom, were amazing. We also heavily used the fitness center and loved working out with views of Boston. Every year, they would propose to increase our rent 8-10%. Generally, we could negotiate with them, but ended up moving out after 3 years when they attempted to raise our rent 8% in 2026 (inflation is at 3.6%). This would have been about a 15% increase from the original price and it simply was not worth it to us anymore.
I moved to 30 Dalton a few weeks ago, and I have been extremely happy to have the best service from all of the staff here, especially from Vianna at the front desk, and Michael who runs the maintenance team. Every request has been met with a smile, utmost courtesy, and immediate responses that have solved every small dificulty. It's a pleasure to have such dependable, friendly, and oh so competent staff, everywhere.

Hub50 was truly the best apartment community we could have asked for! Everything about living there felt perfect. From the concierge team and management to the leasing staff, cleaning team, and maintenance crew, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. It’s the combination of all the little things and the people who genuinely care that makes Hub50 such a special place to live. It never felt like just an apartment building; it truly felt like home. The community events were also amazing and made living there even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely miss Hub50 and all the wonderful people who made it feel like home! ❤️
Hub50House has been such a wonderful place to live. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the common areas are always clean, and there’s a real sense of community. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown has to offer. I’ve especially appreciated how family-friendly the building feels while still offering a luxury living experience. We’ve had a great experience here and would absolutely recommend Hub50House to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home.

“The Upton is highly praised for its excellent South End location, comfortable and clean rooms, and exceptional host service from Laura and Olivia. Guests consistently enjoy a convenient, quiet, and personalized stay, making it a top recommendation for visitors.”
Lovely place to stay in my favorite part of Boston, the south end. Laura was very helpful to me as I tried to navigate changing schedules and circumstances. The room was well appointed, and really beautiful. A nice alternative to the standard hotels and it makes me happy to support a local business run by family.
My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at The Upton and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. The location was excellent—close to a lot of great restaurants and easy public transportation options, which made exploring the city very easy. The host, Laura, was also wonderful: friendly, responsive, and very helpful with check-in/out details. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Boston!

★4.7(246)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose The HarloView
“The Harlo has significantly declined since its management change, losing community feel, offering poor service, and failing to fix a broken AC system. Despite its prime Fenway location, residents now find it overpriced for the current lack of quality and accountability.”
We moved into the Harlo this summer and initially we had a great experience. It used to be fantastic. The management changed recently and several changed happened overnight without any warning to the residents. First of all they stopped accepting BILT credit cards which we had specifically opened to get rewards on rent. Second of all that community feel was no longer present. It feels very corporate now and like any other building in Fenway. We toured all the building close by and there were cheaper options for sure. What initially made the harlo stand out was their community feel, nice community events, occasional paint nights, trivia nights, and even cooking classes! It’s was such a nice inclusive environment. We had parties and the chef made burgers. Now you would be lucky to get a coffee cart in the lobby once every 3 months. The 24 hour conference the entrance is good. The early morning lady is so sweet and I love seeing her in the morning. Amina in the evenings is also fantastic. The rest of the staff is quite neutral whereas I feel like I really got to know the staff previously. Notice all the reviews below with 4/5 stars mention Manny and Melvin and even the leasing office people knew the residents really well. This was all under the previous management and no longer applies. Overall, it’s just really not the same. However the location is unbeatable in the heart of Fenway! It’s close the hospitals and the Longwood medical area, Tatte is right downstairs and target is right across the street for your convenience! But you can also get that at several other buildings close by within a five minute radius for less than what you pay here. Facilities are really clean and the building and lobby are clean and comfortable. No complaints there. It’s a super overpriced luxury apartment complex, but basically all of Fenway is overpriced.
I lived at The Harlo from 2024 until June 2026. If you're considering moving here, I hope my experience helps you make an informed decision. The biggest change during my stay was the transition from Bozzuto to STYL. Before the management change, I genuinely enjoyed living here. The staff were friendly, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the building felt like a real community. There were regular resident events that people actually enjoyed. I work in Longwood, so the location was perfect, and we even renewed our lease because we were so happy. Unfortunately, everything changed after STYL took over. Many of the familiar staff members left and were replaced. Communication became poor, emails often went unanswered, appointments were frequently missed, and maintenance became frustrating. Instead of one technician, it became common for four or five employees to enter our apartment for simple repairs because they were training new staff. At one point, they even had coffee delivered to our apartment while discussing the repair. That actually happened. Another disappointing experience was during the spring when residents were asked not to use the air conditioning because the cooling system was "not ready." At the time, we had a baby under one year old, making the situation extremely difficult. Resident events also changed significantly. They no longer seemed designed around residents' schedules and became much less appealing than before. In the end, we decided not to renew our lease. Even though we moved out at the end of June after giving proper notice, we were still billed for July rent. The issue was eventually corrected, but it reflected the lack of attention to detail we had experienced throughout our final months. I also noticed constant staff turnover. Just as we became familiar with someone, they would leave and be replaced by someone new. This is simply my personal experience, but if you read the recent reviews, you'll notice that many residents have expressed similar concerns. Finally, I'd prefer not to receive a generic response from management. Many recent replies appear to be the same template or AI-generated message. I'm not looking for a standard apology or promises of improvement. My goal is simply to share my honest experience so that others can make a more informed decision. I miss Manny and Melvin.

“Luka on the Common consistently receives high praise for its exceptional and responsive staff, from leasing to maintenance. Residents and visitors commend the smooth processes, great amenities, and professional, caring environment.”
I experienced the two management companies, and I have to say the new one has been a night and day change in a positive way. Every time I have a concern or maintenance issue, the team is responsive, timely, super friendly and willing to explain the issue and repair. Shoutout to the maintenance team, Alex, Kevin and Oscar for the fantastic work and service.
Just moved in! My first few weeks have been great! The leasing process with Jerson was smooth and he was so friendly and answered all my questions! The front desk staff is also friendly and approachable. The amenities are great and I’m enjoying the central location of the apartment!

★4.6(159)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose STARS of BostonView
“STARS of Boston generally receives high praise for its clean, well-appointed properties, excellent staff, and convenient locations. However, one significant negative experience highlighted issues with noise, hygiene, deposit handling, and poor customer service.”
I have nothing but good things to say about STARS of Boston. My family came from Singapore for a month and stayed at a terrific 2Bed/2Bath near Fenway. Communication was clear and the apartment was better than advertised. They should be called Super STARS of Boston
We had a booking for a property near Fenway which we had to leave after the first night. There was a sound machine and ear plugs beside the bed which I think sums up what followed. Unbearable noise which forced us to leave 1 night into our 4 night booking. The shared bathroom was also disgusting and unhygienic. We were asked to pay a $1000 deposit which wasn’t made clear at the time of booking and it took them over 2 weeks to return this after daily follow ups. We also requested that they provide some compensation as the experience wasn’t as described, we got generic responses throughout and after 2 weeks they told us no as they apparently did get chance to relocate us even though this was never truly offered. Avoid if you can, no accountability and poor customer service. Put a massive dampener on an otherwise great trip to Boston!

“Boston Corporate Housing offers well-located, often clean and comfortable apartments with responsive service, particularly convenient for MGH patients. However, some units may have dated furniture, and there are concerns about unexpected additional charges.”
I stayed here during my treatment at Massachusetts General, and the location could not have been better, literally across the street. The apartment was fully furnished, comfortable, and perfect for a multi-week recovery stay. It made a stressful situation much easier for me and my family. Highly recommend for anyone needing housing near Mass General.
I had a really nice stay. The place was clean, beautiful, and felt like home. Any concerns I had were answered quickly, which I really appreciated. The location is also super convenient—close to the train and MGH. Would stay again for sure.
