Hub50House has been such a wonderful place to live. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the common areas are always clean, and there’s a real sense of community. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown has to offer. I’ve especially appreciated how family-friendly the building feels while still offering a luxury living experience. We’ve had a great experience here and would absolutely recommend Hub50House to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home.
The common areas are beautifully decorated, the views are amazing, very conveniently located, and the staff is so incredibly friendly! definitely worth the price! 10/10 would recommend!
I recently moved into Hub50House and I absolutely love it. The style and decor of both the units and the communal space is beautiful - chic but also cozy. There is every amenity you could ask for - gym with classes free to residents (I’ve seen places have gyms in buildings but never had actual classes taught), outdoor space with bbq pits and lounge set-up, indoor spaces including a little movie theater, quiet reading room, pool table, living room space and even a pool on the highest floor. There is also dedicated space for dogs/pets and tenants get access to Rafters tickets at TD garden! The staff are wonderful and responsive. I am so happy I moved in here.
