Tennessee Fleet Leasing Standards
Standard statutory & contractual benchmarks governing procurement in Tennessee:
Commercial fleet operations across Tennessee require strict adherence to gross weight classifications. Vehicles rated between 10,001 and 26,000 lbs operate without a CDL but require active DOT medical cards and electronic logging devices (ELD), while units over 26,001 lbs require certified CDL drivers and IFTA reporting.
Enterprise fleets in Tennessee leverage open-end Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) structures. This preserves operational capital, shifts residual asset risk favorably to commercial operators, and allows companies to deduct monthly lease charges as operational expenditures under ASC 842.

Google Review Sentiment & Client Excerpts
“The company shows improved communication and service turnaround times, with professional staff striving for customer satisfaction. However, significant concerns persist regarding equipment repair failures, refusal to address mechanical issues, and hidden charges.”
Good people and fast service. Always strives to put the customer first and always does the job correctly.
There was a time that I would of had to write a lot of negative things about Autow in Nashville but that is no longer the case. Since Laura C. has stepped in and given us a direct line of communication things are WAY BETTER. We know what's going on with our equipment and if there is a delay a long the way we know why it is taking longer. Even if Laura isnt available and someone answers the phone they are professional and friendly. If they don't know the answer right then they will find out and get back to me. With the improvement in communication the turnaround times have also greatly improved. As much as it hurts us to be without a truck Laura & her team try to make it as painless as they can. Not a 5 star review because I think there is always room for improvement otherwise it would be a 5 star review.
Very crooked company. If you want your truck to actually get fixed, take it anywhere else.
Company I work for leases a truck through these folk.... every single time we go for service they refuse to fix the issues. Took truck for a carrier bearing that went out. They stated that carrier bearings will never fail and sent me on my way. 20 miles down the road it totally blew out rubber caught on fire, etc.... that’s just one example.... time after time after time they refuse to address mechanical issues. We pay for a wash three times a month... they refuse to wash truck. I had truck in this last week. Picked it up today. Truck not washed when I specifically asked them to wash it. They spewed off some excuse and said too bad basically. Never had any dealings with them where they treated me decent. They act like they are adults and the customers are 2 year olds. I couldn’t possibly give these people a 1 star rating in good conscience but I had to in order to write a review. Stay clear of these people.
