Got my car in March 2025, the a/c went out September 2025 Hamid referred me to a mechanic they fixed the a/c and told me that my car had water and rust in the coolant system. I told Hamid and he tells me not to worry about it and that they were just trying to take my money. Now October 2025 the car starts over heating. I’m informed that Hamid has now passed away and the car I was sold needs a new engine. The person I’ve been in contact with was told she would be taking payments so she hasn’t been able to help much and no one else has reached out to me or gotten back to me with any other help or any options at all. Hamid was nice though my condolences to his friends and family.
We got 2020 Jeep today and Donnie and all the people at Tennessee auto sales were very friendly and nice. We love dealing with them. This is Terry Graham and Robert Graham.
I have purchased two vehicles from Hamid. To be clear these are rebuilt title vehicles but Hamid's guys fix them properly. His prices are also very reasonable. He is TOPS at customer service and if you ever have any issues, he is there to help. 5 stars for Hamid and Tn Auto Group!!!!!
