fleet leasing in TN
Operating commercial vehicle fleets across Tennessee requires balancing capital efficiency with uncompromising vehicle uptime across diverse regional transport routes. Whether supporting statewide logistics, technical field operations, utility networks, or last-mile distribution hubs, enterprises in Tennessee rely on versatile B2B vehicle leasing structures -- such as open-end Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) leases and closed-end operating agreements. Procuring dedicated light-duty cargo vans, medium-duty box trucks, and vocational utility pickups statewide allows fleet managers to conserve working capital while deploying dependable, telematics-enabled commercial vehicles.

“Positive feedback highlights friendly staff, fair pricing, and good initial service and follow-through. However, significant concerns exist regarding vehicle quality, inadequate post-sale support, and poor communication during pre-purchase inquiries.”
These guys were great! Very honest and helpful and we felt very confident in the truck we purchased with them as well as the follow through after the purchase. Highly recommended!
Got my car in March 2025, the a/c went out September 2025 Hamid referred me to a mechanic they fixed the a/c and told me that my car had water and rust in the coolant system. I told Hamid and he tells me not to worry about it and that they were just trying to take my money. Now October 2025 the car starts over heating. I’m informed that Hamid has now passed away and the car I was sold needs a new engine. The person I’ve been in contact with was told she would be taking payments so she hasn’t been able to help much and no one else has reached out to me or gotten back to me with any other help or any options at all. Hamid was nice though my condolences to his friends and family.

“The company shows improved communication and service turnaround times, with professional staff striving for customer satisfaction. However, significant concerns persist regarding equipment repair failures, refusal to address mechanical issues, and hidden charges.”
Good people and fast service. Always strives to put the customer first and always does the job correctly.
There was a time that I would of had to write a lot of negative things about Autow in Nashville but that is no longer the case. Since Laura C. has stepped in and given us a direct line of communication things are WAY BETTER. We know what's going on with our equipment and if there is a delay a long the way we know why it is taking longer. Even if Laura isnt available and someone answers the phone they are professional and friendly. If they don't know the answer right then they will find out and get back to me. With the improvement in communication the turnaround times have also greatly improved. As much as it hurts us to be without a truck Laura & her team try to make it as painless as they can. Not a 5 star review because I think there is always room for improvement otherwise it would be a 5 star review.

★3.5(105)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose HEC LeasingView
“HEC Leasing faces significant criticism for unreliable equipment, high repair costs, and poor customer service, including billing for inoperable trucks. However, some customers praise their supportive partnership, transparent processes, and responsive maintenance.”
PSA.. if you decide to purchase a truck from here please be prepared to break down within the first 30 days 60 days at best .comes with a horrible warranty that don’t cover the things that’s out of your control smdh. All the trucks have transmission issues that the warranty does not cover.dont expect any refund nothing is refundable and while your truck is in the shop they’ll still bill you increasing debt and pushing you further in the while you haven’t started getting out of after all the money you spent getting the truck, insurance, etc.STAY AWAY THERE NO GOOD 🙏GOOD LUCK
Crooks. Gave me a truck that engine went out in 3 months. Stayed in shop for 4 months. Then they came and got it once repaired. All while I kept in contact and updated. Now saying I owe them 19k. Drivers beware. Stay far away.

How are commercial fleet leasing rates structured across Tennessee?
Fleet leasing programs across Tennessee (TN) are customized according to fleet size, vehicle duty classes (light-duty cargo vans through vocational service trucks), and financing models.
