I have nothing but good things to say about STARS of Boston. My family came from Singapore for a month and stayed at a terrific 2Bed/2Bath near Fenway. Communication was clear and the apartment was better than advertised. They should be called Super STARS of Boston
We had a booking for a property near Fenway which we had to leave after the first night. There was a sound machine and ear plugs beside the bed which I think sums up what followed. Unbearable noise which forced us to leave 1 night into our 4 night booking. The shared bathroom was also disgusting and unhygienic. We were asked to pay a $1000 deposit which wasn’t made clear at the time of booking and it took them over 2 weeks to return this after daily follow ups. We also requested that they provide some compensation as the experience wasn’t as described, we got generic responses throughout and after 2 weeks they told us no as they apparently did get chance to relocate us even though this was never truly offered. Avoid if you can, no accountability and poor customer service. Put a massive dampener on an otherwise great trip to Boston!
Stars of Boston helped us find an ideal location that was much more than we anticipated. The staff was friendly, responsive and informative. The home they provided was super clean, quiet and modern. On the one occasion when we needed assistance they responded quickly and resolved the issue in no time. We are very happy that we worked with Stars of Boston and will work with them again the next time we travel to Boston and need to find lodging for 7 adults with multiple bathrooms and well-appointed furnishings.
STARS has an amazing staff, great locations, making short term stays as convenient and luxurious! This is just on of the properties which is perfectly located. Restaurants and shopping are both walking distance as well as a close T stop to cover any other adventures. The place exceeds expectations.
